Can I still get parts for it? is it much of a deal for $525.00 ? it starts and runs good welds to i don't know if it generates .kc_alchemist
Reply:Go to Millerwelds.com to look up the specs on the machine. It would help if you had the serial number, but not necessary. Parts may be difficult with some, others are still in use and easy to get. Engine parts should be fairly easy. Price is relative to everything being functional. If it is 100% operational, may be a good deal. Is the sheetmetal in good shape? Frame?...etc. FWIW, I bought a used BlueStar 2E in '85 for $500. Sold it in '87 for $550. I see them on epay all the time for more than they cost when they were new. $500 is a pretty good number for a good running machine, though. |
