Pretty cool if you never saw it......zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:We used to get them all the time from the hydro shop we used at the dive shop. We'd cut the cylinders into 24" lengths and sink them as fish and lobster habitats off shore.One thing about hydro shops if you do want "dead" cylinders. Many are concerned people will reuse them as is. Explain to them why you want one, and tell them you are willing to drill holes in them or cut them before you take them off site so they know that they will no longer hold pressure..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:A couple towns away they were preparing for a parade in a town of 700 people. An artist customer of mine decided he'd build a Liberty Bell on a trailer float.I'm not clear what the donor tank was for, but it was very heavy wall steel. The noise was deafening. People hated it, it was so loud. By parade time he and a buddy were pretty much oiled, and made asse$ of themselves.
