Reply:They'd work pretty good for cutting a carcass in half if you could get a fine enough chain. Reply:Pretty sure that 4 1/2 " grinder runs 3000-4000 rpms faster than a 2 stroke chainsaw, that alone is unsafe, then factor in the loose chain. But hey, at least he had an automatic oiler! Reply:....but I completely disagree with his assessment of the cause of the accident. He should have repositioned his workpiece so that an unexpected catch or jump of the tool would not place his body in the line of fire.
