First responder Rigging/Entrapment prop

For the unaware, I make design/build training props for first responders. Been messing with the idea of this one for a while, probably have ~30 hours into drawing it in fusion/working out how to do it in an effective reusable manner. Finally found someone who's interested in it so we struck a deal to get the prototype made.Its way bigger in person than it seemed on the computer screen. Definitely more of a specialty item for larger institutions/training academies rather than individual fire departments etc. Essentially its 3 rollers made of 6" SCH 40 pipe, that you can entrap a manikan in and have students go through the motions of setting up proper safety mechanisms to catch the weight and ultimately cut/disassemble the machine. The rollers weigh 50 lbs each. Not crazy, I considered sch 80 pipe instead but between the added cost, and the chance its so heavy someone actually gets hurt by the weight I decided not to go that route.It will have a fully functional drive train which I haven't completed yet. It's taking forever to make a one off of this thing, definitely more work than I anticipated but I already see how i'll do it different next time. (the render is not up to date on how the rollers attach, they'll be using a sacrificial link of 1" bar stock and shaft collars.

Reply:In the Carpet Capital of the World, we have lots of huge roll up machines as well as other tetters, chains, sprockets, and pins. Not as many as years ago, but still a number of employees get seriously injured each years.  I’m sure your newest training device will be helpful and well received. Good idea.
