Read a lot of post and fixed a few problems first issue no power out put per post cleaned and tightened everything replaced diode pack and capacitor cleaned connector ring on adjustable resistor got power but low out put 4vdc at brushes replaced regulator rectifier on motor have 13vdc on wire for brushes when unplug but when plugged into brushes drops down to 10vdc and low output220 plug read 187 to 195 vac110 plug 89 to 98 vacAce welder weak The adjustable knob has been cleaned and increases and decreases voltage The wire that goes to the brushes comes from that where do I go from hereany help will be appreciated thank youLast edited by Frank1962; 03-23-2022 at 10:23 AM.

Reply:I can tell you that is exactly what they do when the machine has a carb issue. Any blockage at all will have engine low on power and that is what you get. Do not try and fix by idling up the machine. The only answer is clean the carb and get it working correctly.Not saying it is your problem just that is common when carb not right.
