Hi, new to the board. I'm having problems with lincoln tig 175 wleder gas flow staying on all the time & no ac or dc on tig only. They said it was the board from lincoln. I'm not getting voltage in from 236&238 should be getting 115v from t3 transformer. I did a t1 transformer test all good & ac& dc stick voltages all good. I'm looking for bad parts on the board & what to remove clear coating.
