Long time lurker, first time poster. Anyway, I've got this Miller Big 40 I picked up at auction that I've been working to refurbish. It's got the gas continental f400a-612 engine in it and I ended up just replacing the carb since the original was totally trashed. I made the mistake of not noting the position of the governor and vacuum linkages (I think that's what these are) and now I can't get it to pull any fuel into the bowl or fire up. Best info I could find on this engine is a scan of an old weldmart document (https://www.weldmart.com/main/techni...d_overhaul.pdf), but I haven't had luck so far. Any advice?
