I have a transformer driven MM211.   I want to get another gun for it.  I was thinking about getting a Miller M-150 15 foot.  Is this a good match for the MM211.   Would a Tweeco gun be better ?   Comments ?thanks,  ChrisMiller MVP 211HTP Invertig 221ESAB PCM-875
Reply:I also have the MM211 (transformer based); I asked my LWS about getting the 15ft gun for it but he said that Miller doesn't recommend it - puts more strain on the motor driving the welding wire. Just for kicks, I reached out to Miller customer service and they confirmed that while you CAN put the 15ft gun on it, they don't recommend it. Not sure what it would mean for the average weekend hobby welder like me - probably wouldn't wear it out in my lifetime - just passing along what I'd been told by Miller.Dave66=================Millermatic 211 (Transformer Based)Primeweld TIG 225X

Reply:I personally think the very best gun for any Miller is the Bernard Q gun. You can get the 150 amp Q gun with Bernard Centerfire consumables (which I LOVE) in 10, 12 or 15 foot lengths, with steel or teflon liners  https://bakersgas.com/products/bernard-btb-configuratorHTP makes pretty good guns for Miller as well, much less expensive but not as nice IMHO.  Still quite good though.  https://usaweld.com/collections/mill...miller_weldersMiller Multimatic 255
Reply:Thanks for these replies, all very helpful.  I’ll be taking a look at the Bernard gun for sure.Miller MVP 211HTP Invertig 221ESAB PCM-875
