Got a decent deal on a Millermatic 211 and a Spoolmate 150 package even with the problems it had including the mig gun not being present and the spool hub and set screw were missing. The problem I'm stuck on after new parts obtained is the Spoolmate plug was neutered by the same young guys brother who took it all apart and didn't put it back together (allegedly). I got a new plug but can not find a pin out chart or picture. I have a red, a white, a blue and a black wire coming from the Spoolmate. Can anyone with a Spoolmate unscrew the amphenol plug and with a good eye tell me the pin numbers the colors go to?? Its a 4 pin. I'll buy you a coffee/beer....
Reply:4 pin amp plug. pins 1 and 2 are always the trigger. so 3 and 4 are the motor.hook motor up wrong and it just runs backwards. will need a amp crimping tool and an extraction tool if you have to move a pin. |
