I'm trying to look up the shop manual for this machine and my coming up with nothing.Using Service Navigator it asks for the code... a 5 digit number. Reply:On your label it is the middle set. the splc is in front of the code number. The splc is short for special. Some thing was done to this welder that was not standard By the factory. You may have to call Lincoln and ask what was changed. Just in case you need a different part that what is shown in the parts list. One of the most common special changes is the engine oil drain hose. A longer one is installed to make oil changes easier when welder in mounted on a service truck. But it could be a different control pcb or some other part.

Reply:And some, such as some of those made for Red-D-Arc had different Auxiliary power receptacles......  The "S" in the code stands for "Special equipment, attachments and optional features"I'm still coming up blank for a model specific service manual.  I suspect it will take a call to Lincoln to sort it out.Best regards,Lance

Reply:Guys,I thought I would update everyone on what I have accomplished today.1. I polished the contacts and cleaned the brushes. 2. Added a fresh battery to the machine. Before I was starting and running the Ranger with the battery charger. This may have been an underlying issue too?Started the machine and with the Local/Remote switch in Local and I am now getting correct power on both the 115 and 230 VAC circuits. Welding output is not up to snuff. Using a 1/8" 7018 in AC and DC the machine struggles. Machine was first set wide open. When I turn the amperage down there is some improvement. I was surprised that the LOCAL/REMOTE switch impacted the 115/230 receptacle out puts so drastically. In remote I was getting 95'ish.I'll report my findings after contacting Lincoln on the on code this machine has. Thanks all,Tom
