We are moving on into new territory this year with some newly designed and refreshed/rebooted products.   Our product lines have been a huge success since 2009 when they were introduced.  We've made some updates and refreshes since then, but a lot of things are very similar to the first products we introduced. While some things are still in the final details, others are midway through the process to finalization.  We've already announced our fifth generation Power MTS series the all new Lightning 275, but it will have a companion in its line as well.   This unit also happens to be our SECOND generation of the MIG/ TIG (AC and DC Output)/ Stick welders.  We're the first, and while others are still feeling out the market, working/struggling through, poor duty cycles, silent recalls and bugs with their first generation models like this, we are already ready to move on to bring a product that is better than ever.  Frankly, our first generation has been a huge success without any significant bugs or issues.  Building on that solid platform the Lightning series will offer even more with already proven technology and components. We've got some fresh looks and fresh features coming on much of our other product line.  All products are being moved into a digitally controlled platform, whether they still have the analog controls or not.   This allows us to better service, diagnose and repair our products.  It allows customers a better option of swapping a "plug and play" board if needed as well instead of shipping it to our well equipped repair facility.  It also, contrary to what is the conventional thought, greatly improves reliability.  Less circuitry and less components means less problems. Don't worry, there will still be products with knobs, but just as with the well respected PowerTIG 250EX which transitioned to digital control a couple years ago, you won't know any difference, except it might be a few pounds light.  The 250EX of 2009 has little in common internally with the 250EX of today.  But it still enjoys the rugged, well appointed features and reliability that made it so well known.   No, we're not changing production facilities or anything like that to make a lateral move.  Just as with all companies as we have evolved, and we've invested heavily so our facilities both on shore and off shore, with updated equipment and manufacturing lines to keep pace with our quality and performance goals.  We've managed a lot of vertical integration that has helped manage costs and improve our product delivery times. One new line is our PowerPlasma line that has been upgraded with a huge "name brand" rivaling jump in cut capacities.just a sneak peak below.  Will be available in the US shortly. We will still continue to work on products, and customer service.  I think anyone who has followed us knows what a difference 11 years has made since this line was introduced.  Quite frankly, this year has gotten me pretty excited with what all we've got coming up.If you are wanting more info, well, we are not rushing things into production.  We've got some pretty big surprises in store.   But anyone that wants a machine should get one instead of waiting because I can guarantee you progress costs. People waiting for Black Friday deals may not get the product they are looking for because it may run out quite quickly, ramping up to the season.   Right now, a lot of our product is on sale, even below Black Friday sale prices.

Reply:Can you give a hint whether the PowerMTS 211si will be getting a refresh sooner than later? The I-MIG 200e?  I couldn't care less about digital graphical displays,auto-setting modes, but modular, repairable equipment is a different story.   Don't leave the "home gamers" behind with price hikes. Even the likes of Horror Fright have become (sort of) competitive.
Reply:No refresh right now on the 211si.  The Harbor freight units aren't even close to ours in features or functions. They may fit some, but they are really primitive in their offerings.  No HF TIG start either!  The 200E is seeing one.Esab Migmaster 250Lincoln SA 200Lincoln Ranger 8Smith Oxy Fuel setupEverlast PowerPlasma 80Everlast Power iMIG 160Everlast Power iMIG 205 Everlast Power iMIG 140EEverlast PowerARC 300Everlast PowerARC 140STEverlast PowerTIG 255EXT
Reply:I ordered a Plasma cutter, the 80S (just now). I am not sure if that will get me a shot at receiving this 82i or not but I hope they will send it instead of the older design.

Happy Holidays Mark!
