Hey all,Havent been here in a long while. I have a Frankenstein I am building for a friend of a friend that has a strange issue. The 3.152 was rebuilt by someone 4 years ago, dropped off at my place with the machine in boxes and I cobbled it together. It runs and welds like a dream except for the fact that fuel leaks out from the lower bolts that hold the injectors to the head. I pulled all three out, replaced with new and still have the same issue. Nowhere can I see where the fuel lines feed into the head. It is definitely pressurized because there is a pattern to the leak like there is a pulse. I dont believe the injector is leaking since all three are new. Any ideas?Long after the price is forgotten, the quality will remain. Both of my Poppy's 1954 Short Hoods -Third generation to weld with it and teaching a fourthSA 2## - Bought and sold more than I can remember or care to list, 8 in the shop right now
Reply:Did you put new copper washers on the end of the injectors before you installed them?
Reply:It was rebuilt with new washers. I inspected them.qhen a swapped out the old injectors. The leak is from the lower bolt. Does the bolt hole penetrate into the injector valley?
Reply:When I remove the bolt fuel flows out.
