What is this symbol?

It's a torque spec and I understand they are saying 2 stages but the first stage says 5nm and the second says 95 with this symbol (where the blue arrow is pointing), anyone know what it means?Miller Challenger 172Miller Thunderbolt AC/DC 225/150Miller Maxstar 150 STLVictor 100CVictor JourneymanOxweld OAHarris O/ASmith O/A little torchNo, that's not my car.

Reply:And probably with new sealing washers... although it doesn't say it... unless they are bonded washers???

Pretty sure it's 95 degrees.  Like you would torque a stretch bolt with a torque angle guage.
