Good morning,I finished this up over the weekend. This derived from a 3/8” plate top which was my first welding table. I’ve made a bigger table since then but wanted to go back and make a light-duty portable fast fold table for the small repairs that pop up.Nothing special here. However I did manage to crack the EMT weld nut a bit so that might be of interest. This is 3/4 EMT. I’ve found if you double up the material and place a blank in the inside you can weld it reasonably without burn through. These are Tig welded. Not too fun due to goober factor but doable.

Here’s the composite build.

Here’s the final build. It folds up so I can hang it in the garage and get it out of the way. It is light duty but plenty strong for 50 lbs or so. Added fitted shoes to stabilize when folded out. Regards.
