ideal arc input amps

I am looking at a lincoln idealarc tig 300 and the tag on the back says the input amps required is 117. Am I reading the right tag ? could this be correct?thankssteveBTS Welding
Reply:Sounds a tad high but I might be wrong. Reply:Steve ,that 117 imput could be right. I know lincolns precision tig 275 requires around 94 imput amps for maximum output.
Reply:input amps for AC for the dialarc 250 is about 90ish.  Dc is in the 70s range.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
