Hi all, first time on here.Have a stupid question, i bought a betamig 170 and want to connect it to a generator power source rather than getting my house wired, too expensive with cost of hydro. I need someone to help me figure out how powerful a generator i would need to run the welder without losing power, any help is greatly appreciatedthx.
Reply:i have a 6.5 KW generator with a 220 outlet. Always wondered if it would run my welder but never tried it. |
