Started Apprenticeship Monday. Loving it so far. I have 5 weeks of welding before I start with a contractor. Monday was the first time I used an ARC welder. Big difference from my mig. Completed My padding now working on horizontal fillet welding. Hopefully I will have it near passable by tomorrow afternoon. Then comes vertical fillet welding. I am so thankful for this oppourtunity. Thanks for all the great info. Justin

Reply:Good start, you never stop learning and some of the old guys you will come accross will have a wealth of knowledge, learn whatever you can from them because a lot of their skills are going to die out otherwise.Clive |
