Reply:i dont think any one of those was in china but never the less buy USA when possible!  Look at all the toys that have lead in them now. ! common factor is there alll made in china

Reply:The top one ( hard hat) is India, the rest have been widely touted as being from China. The tragedy of it is it shows how cheap life is in some countries.Things we take for granted are just not available to these poor buggers.Some years ago I worked with a guy who had been to China on an international safety conference. He was talking about zero accident goals and his hosts just didn't have a clue what he was on about. When you consider that China is reputed to kill about 5000+ in coal mine accidents a year is it any wonder we have photos like that. It just saddens me.Never mind me, I've just been to our work Xmas booze up and had a skinful, now the euphoria is wearing off. Clive
Reply:Necessity is the mother of all invention.  I personally like the welding shield, with custom cutouts for different shade goggles. I bet we could market that and sell it here if we put some splashy graphics on it, and throw it in some slick packaging. Yeah, I saw the other day some lady blowin' her gasket about lead in a ready made Christmas tree sold by Wal Mart. She freaked when she saw it had lead in it, and was MIC. I was wondering to myself-" Who EATS fake Christmas trees??" And then, the truth comes out. The lead is in the solder on the lights built into the tree. SO, if you eat fake Christmas trees, you had better watch out for lead poisoning.And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.

Reply:the above pic is about protect appliance distribute in china,i think most of chinese labors are in good protect,but some boss loss their moral,they treat labors with insufficient protect manner just for save money,i feel sad about this.anyway ,the 1st and 2nd pics are not from China.you know china is too big to keep balance during fast developing,but it will improved sooner or later,about the accident of coal mine kill 5000+ people happened each year, i have no words to explain,many shareholder of coal mine are officer,so the boss and the officers are both S.O.B,they are happy based on others death,my god...that's really a fΛcking world,but,"Remember, Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies!"Last edited by alloy690; 12-14-2007 at 11:34 AM.Reason: N.A.
