i saw it says to get it free on there site. does this mean it is free and no catches. i cant find any.

Reply:There aren't any catches, but we aren't able to send it to everyone who requests it. There is a certain number of magazines that we will print and mail -- 37,500. This magic number is based on the advertising rates we are able to charge. We are constantly freshening our list of subscribers based on the demographic information they provide at the time they request a subscription. The magazine is targeted to people who run welding operations -- in production facilities, fabrication shops and construction/infrastructure. It's not a "how to weld" magazine as much as a "how to run a welding operation" magazine.
