Can you repair watercooled tig hoses?Yup..Here is a water in near the torch repair..Gas line repair with a drinking straw under the tape..Water out..No biggie..Lots of duct tape..Not pretty at all..Burn thru the "protective" hose cover during a class awhile back..Unless you "Burn it to the ground" like I have done before you can use tape and anything to fix this stuff..And it don't leak anything either.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Wouldn't know abotu water cooled, real men use air ;D I'd rather be hunting........USE ENOUGH HEAT.......Drifting around Aussie welding more pipe up, for something different.....wanting to get home.
Reply:One wrap of black plastic electrical tape with super glue makes a good patch for a TIG hose. I had an old torch that I got with my former Lincoln TIG that needed six or seven such patches. It was still working 14 years laer when I traded it in.
