This is may not the right place to post this and it probably has been addressed but I'm a newbie. Is Air Gas buying every welding supply shop there is? We have no independent suppliers in an eight county area left. I went to another town today where I occasionally buy supplies and lo and behold it has become Air Gas. I was just by there 2 months ago and it wasn't. And it's less than a half mile from another supplier that was independent a couple of years ago and is now Air Gas. The only different supplier we have left outside the eight county area now is Sydney Lee. I expect it'll go soon. I guess the real reason I care is that there is no competition any more except the internet and Air Gas seems to be straight list price.
