Anyone know what is needed to repair welding gauge as a part time profession????? Certificate, license, equipment, schooling or classes, whatever..... I've taken gauges apart to see what broke. Always the rubber diaphram. If I could find them I could replace them myself. Calibrating the gauge is another problem. With the correct equipment, it would seem reasonably easy to do. I've heard you need a huge amount of insurance to do the repairs. I've been told that's the reason there is no repair shops here. |
