mig pulse arc?

what up gurus,      Just bought a Lincoln power mig 180. It welds great. Not quite enough to spray arc. I read a few post talking about pulse arc.,,Is this a colder version of spray with loud poping.HA!  Anyway can anyone advise me as to the hottest weld set up for this machine....wire, gas, amp, etc.... Currently I'm running 75/25 with .030. With machine at max amp, feed around 40%, I can achieve similar to a spray. Reply:I think your machine is too small for spray and I am sure the gun is.Pulsed spray is switching between 300 to 400 amps and 10 to 75 amps give or take.If you need hotter, you need a bigger machine.DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
