Reply:Well, I have avaliable a 220v 20a circuit. If I don't mind welding at midnight I can have access to a 220v 70a circuit. Portability would probably affect this also. These boxes don't draw the full current if you don't use the full current, right?Portability could be an issue also, I'd have to check how much it weighs.
Reply:Not worth 500 bux to you as you won't be able to use it.Bust a nut trying to be Portable with it.Definitely one of those times where ya just let it go on down the road.Ed Conleyhttp://www.screamingbroccoli.com/MM252MM211 (Sold)Passport Plus & Spool gunLincoln SP135 Plus- (Gone to a good home)Klutch 120v Plasma cutterSO 2020 benderBeer in the fridge

Reply:weldsupply: Sounds like it might be a good deal if I could use it.Oh, and by "portable" I'd really only move it maybe 6 times a year. So it's not like I'd want it to be like a suitcase. It should just not require a fork lift.
