Help with machine

Hello all,Recently purchased a brand new Lincoln 180T off Craigslist. Wired a separate 30 Amp, 220 circuit for it, tested the outlet and made sure that it had power, then assembled the 180T per instructions on manual. After double checking all connections, I plugged it into the outlet and no power whatsoever. I tried calling Lincoln but they were already closed for business. Any suggestions on what to check? Appreciate any assistance the forum could offer.

Reply:I checked each to ground which read 110. The circuit breaker wasn't tripped and as far as the "Identity Plug Configuration at J4", I have no clue what you mean by this.

Reply:Ed,Nope, I'm not getting a 220 V reading between the two hots. What did I do wrong?
