Its a Gilliland machine that was used at a shipyard. The guy who gave it to me only knew that. I have contacted manufacturer with no luck, and asked around San Diego and struck out there too. I have no clue on how to hook it up or what it takes to do that. Here are some pictures, any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Attached Images

Reply:For all the complexity of the knobs and flippy switches...it looks like a cv/cc voltage sensing wire feeder. The three plugs for the electrodes has me stumped.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.

Reply:It is a industrial wire feed welding machine. It is CC/CV it can TIG, MIG and Stick weld (SMAW). The 3 electrode ports are labeled, A B & C and it would be quite easy to find out if one of those ports is a ground.Without the remote cables and wire feed gun and or torch it may be diffacult to figure out. Here is a Gilliland Mig gunhttp://www.theweldingstore.com/Merch...ode=TWS-350I-GA photo of Bob Gilliland who used to be a test pilot standing by a SR-71 blackbirdhttp://www.wvi.com/~sr71webmaster/gilliland003.jpgLast edited by Donald Branscom; 05-10-2008 at 03:38 AM.
