I lost my mind, I bought a diesel LINCOLN!!!! pics

I think I need my head looked at.  I needed a big diesel drive welder, so I went shoping for one.  As y'all know, I am a huge fan of Miller welders.  But somehow I let this lincoln followed me home.     Its 1999 Lincoln 300 commander.  With a whopping 683 hours on it, and I know that 210 of the hours was used during a power outtage during a hurricane.  I also basically stole it for $5000.It belonged to my mentor.  It used to be painted ford purple to match the truck it was mounted too.  Along with a massive flame paint job.  After he sold the truck it was one, he had it repainted to match the new truck.  He even replaced all the panel fastners with stainless steel and had the bottom linex.   This baby has all the goodies.   Its 400 amp DC CC and 45 volts CV being driven by 33 hp deutz diesel!!!   Now I just got to get around to finishing my all aluminium welding bed for my F-250.  Because its way to heavy for my little F-150.Lincoln 300 Vantage 2008300 Commander 1999SA250 1999SA200 1968Miller Syncrowave 200XMT350MPA/S-52E/xr-15Xtreme 12vs Millermatic 251 w/30A  Millermatic 251 Dialarc 250 Hypertherm 1250 GEKA & Bantom Ironwokers

Reply:Should be a good machine. My friend and competetor has a 400 Commander. Last time I walked by it the hour meter was almost to 5000 hours.

Reply:It says on the machine its only 50 amp and 10,000 watts.  But according to my mentor, when he had his house running off it during the hurricane.  He had 3 a/c units, oven, tv, computer, all the lights on, etc. at the same time.  He did say that it didn't have enough power to run the dryer too.   I do remember reading some where that the AC power on these is really like 25,000 watts.  As for the knobs, I think they are too big.  But you can tell what setting the machine is on from 500 ft away.
