cast aluminum welding

hey guys.i want to know if you can weld ,what i believe is a lawn chair made of cast aluminum ,i  see welds on it and different points,the chair is very lite in weight ,but right where the right arm meets to the back of the chair, the weld broke off.i have a small mig ,a stick welder  and a new 185 thermal arc tig welder ( which i dont no how to use yet).( dumb ***)what would you recommend .if no welding what about an epoxy,thanks
