What's This? Tig Aluminum Rods

I ran across this ad in Craigslist.http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/mat/1317016899.html3/32" x 36" Aluminum Welding Rod - 5lbs - $25 Are these ONLY used in a TIG or can they be used in a Lincoln AC DC Tombstone?Also the 36" length kind took me aback.Anyone explain this to a newb?thanks......b
Reply:Those are for TIG or can be used for oxy/acet welding. Typical stick welding rods are 18".Fire!, Fire! Oh wait, that's my torch...Lincoln PT-225 TIGLincoln 175 MIG
