Reply:Something like Mark's 1st pict would probably work well with the Sync on the bottom and the Mig on the top. My sync seems to get crap stored all over the top anyways. Most of the carts guys do are for smaller machines than the Sync's. The factory cart isn't much more than casters on the bottom of the Sync itself. There should be more than enough room in width to do 2 bottles behind the machine.Steve (7A749) just did a nice tig rod rack for his Sync 250. I'm not sure if it's posted here or not. I'll take a look and PM you the link if I find it..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Reply:Correct, but the design is what I was showing. The first one I built specific to have all my welders in one place & be mobile.  I wanted to put an AC/DC tombstone or thunderbolt on the bottom shelf, the two migs on the upper one.  I built it that way, so most of the weight was on the bottom shelf. So far I have the Hobart set up for MIG, the Lincoln set up for flux-core.  Haven't found a used AC/DC stick welder in my price range yet, so the bottom shelf is empty.  I do have two bottles on the bottle rack, one 75/25, the other acetylene (a place to store it, not connected to anything) & chained.  I also have room for one more bottle if I choose to do so.  The Lincoln I bought for my son, but he's in Nebraska right now, hope to get him to AZ in a couple more months.MarkI haven't always been a nurse........Craftsman 12"x36" LatheEnco G-30B MillHobart Handler 175Lincoln WeldandPower 225 AC/DC G-7 CV/CCAdd a Foot Pedal to a Harbor Freight Chicago Electric 165A DC TIG PapaLion's Gate Build
