I found this old victor torch

What do you think? I'm new at this so I don't have a clue.  I wonder if I can get tips for it and is it worth messing with ?

Reply:Go ahead and do all the little O rings while you're at it.
Reply:Excellent torch, just like mine I inherited from my Grandfather.  New o-rings and it will be better than most anything you can buy today.  Tips are still readily available at most any welding supply.
