While not as nice as the others recently posted I finally finished my Cart.Once I get my Tank I will add it to the back.
Reply:Mighty fine cart. Nice set of welders too. Should add up to a very nice package all the way around.
Reply:Looks real good RubenZ, Nice combo to!"Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine"However "lack of planning on my part may constitute an emergency on yours"
Reply:Nice Job!!Noticed that you turned the tombstone side ways.    Bit of a surprise at first but already the narrow profile looks really nice and ought to be a space saver.   So what was your intention here for the narrow profile?ThanksDaveI will need to build a cart soon for my MIG.   I'd like a design that is suitable for rough surfaces and have flirted with a couple of wheel barrel designs.   The narrow concept should work into somethng like this nicely.
Reply:Mighty fine cart.  What have you been welding with 175 amps stick setting?
Reply:The Narrow Profile was because this cart was going to just be for my 175T.   I just decided today to put the AC welder in there. I'm not sure I like it yet, and its actually too heavy so I may just take it off and build another cart for the AC.As for the 175 Amp Stick settings.  I made a Booboo on some thing and had to burn the crap out of a piece of metal to cut it.  I don't have a Torch yet .
Reply:I'm feeling left out with this proliferation of welding carts. My welder has wheels. Maybe I need to take them off so I can build a cart.Scott
Reply:Nice work!   Looks well thought out.      My welding carts and table are still in production, but rest assured, I'll be posting pictures. There are no small projects

Reply:The casters are too small for the weight.  While they are rated at 175lb each the dia. is just too small to get good rolling going. The best way I can describe it is moving a refrigerator.  Even though it has wheels, its still heavy to move.  But I may just leave it afterall.  I kind of like it.  Its not like I'm moving my stuff around too much. Its just to move it from inside of workshop to outside.
Reply:Really nice looking set-up there Ruben.
Reply:Ruben - VERY nice - I really do like your design - turned out fantastic - I also like the rectangular tube steel that you used.  I also love the toys that are on it - first class setup. I only have a little Miller 135 (110 volt).   At work I rarely have 220 available - always have 110 and I just weld light tube steel. But at times it's still embarresing to have a small one!!  (who said size doesn't matter??)Anyway - back on subject - love the cart - turned out great.Mark
Reply:Now you make me feel bad because I bought one online! (my "round-tuit" was getting ridiculous so I finally just ordered one so I could use my welder)
