Fatty Bumper- FINISHED!

Hey guys, I finally finished my Fatty Bumper/ Grilleguard I started a few months ago.Here are a few piks:I made it out of 10"x 15.7#/foot C-Channel and I used 3/8" steel for the Grille Guard, and the tubes are also a massive 3/8" wall diameter  It is hooked up VERY securly to the frame using the stock mounts AND a set that I fabbed up that has a fat bolt that goes  thru the frame... Needles s to say, it is very beefy, sturdy, HEAVY,and is not going anywhere, lol     Oh, and did I mention it is HEAVY hahaha, We used an engine hoist to set it on the truk heh heh What you guys think?-StouffREAL Truks aint gots Spark PlugsNuthin like the Smell of Fresh Slag

Reply:May i suggest that you do some grinding of the edges of the grill guard, it looks (in the pics) that there are "ridges", that if somebody rubs against it they could get cut . Or, am i seeing something  that is not there ? sorry, if i am wrong .
