cheap place to buy steel?

hey guys.. just wondering if anyone knows a cheap place to buy steel , either online , or local (i am from the DC area)
Reply:It may be a hike, but I get my steel, aluminum, stainless and cast from an outfit in Delaware called Steel and Metal Liquidators. They also have a killer 6 acre spot in NJ, just do a search for Joseph Fazzios and it will turn up. They do deliver, and try to work out shipping with the rest of the local deliveries so costs are cut down. It's maybe a 4 hr hike for you (?) but depending on how much you need, it might be a nice excuse for a field trip.Just another clown trying to be cool
Reply:Fazzio's is a GREAT place. Bring LOT's of money. You'll find all sorts of things to spend it on there. It's a dangerous place to go, I spend way more money there than I probably should on all the "deals".  My guess from DC, is that it's roughly about a 3 hr one way drive to either of their locations unfortunately. Thats based on how long it usually takes me to get to Fazzio's and how long it takes for me to get to Mt Vernon where my parents live..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size.
