Lately thats all i've been doing...fixing broken and making new heads but these were fun because i got to do them in the "up" position..front head got the "stitch" treatment on both sides while i just did fillett welds on the inners (both sides)fillett..stitch..heads..but i was having the "pop the breaker" syndrome again..untill i had had enough.. it only did it when i tapped the pedal very lightly...hmmmmmmmmtook the bottom off and found this...the nut had fallen off the screw and the allen screw was backing itself out and throwing the gear alignment all outta whack along with everything else.....and that was the whole problem...the rheostat was getting crooked while the pedal was getting pressed and making something weird go on inside it..i cant get it to pop the breaker anymore... so let that be a lesson to me and you..keep up with the everyday maintenence and things will be cool... ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Loose nuts!!! I know some myself. So, you fixed it by finding the loose nut and making sure it wasn't loose anymore....I can see that working in other areas were nuts can be a problem.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
