Is this a good deal? Need Help Please

This is listed in my Local CL.  Not sure if its worth pursuing or not.  I currently only have a 90/105 Century Mig w/gas.  May look to upgrade if its a good deal.  It looks kinda old, can anyone offer any advice please.Thanks,http://houston.craigslist.org/tls/1621816053.html
Reply:Not a good deal,you would still need to buy the wire feed unit not unless you already have one.
Reply:No, I don't have anything but my small MIG.  So I guess this is not a STICK welder?
Reply:One more thing to covert 480 v machine to a 220 v machine would definitly makes not worth it.
