The company my oldest son works for wanted a sign outside there shop to advertise the company and product's so here is what were up to they told what they were looking for I did some drawings for them they picked out the one that suited gave it to the local planning for a approval an then got back to me the size is 6mtrs high (19.6ft x6.8ft) its made from 125x75x4(5x3x3/16 )rhs with 30x30x3 rhs (1 1/2"x1/8" rhs) to support the signs witch are made from 16 gauge sheet with a 200mm(8")gap between each sigh basic plate is 3/4 with 5/8 gusset's the worse part was they took 3 weeks to get back to me and the 5x3 jumped $30 a lenght in price just as well I had already added abit more to the costing to other something happening its getting painted later this week so I post more once its painted just for those who may be wondering I'm doing all this work after hours I have more foregin orders that I now what to do with at present my boss lets use the shop and gear and if its not at this shop its at the other shop I posted in show me your shop thread or in my shed at home Creative metal Creative metal Facebook
