I work in a small space shared with the wife, the patio, so I decided to make a welding screen to prevent flash and help contain grinding sparks/dust. I made a frame out of thin wall 1" tubing and bought a flame "resistant" 6'X6' tarp that Harbor Freight sells for about $15. I used some old chair casters to move it around easily. Because I work outdoors, I need to put a couple of locking casters on it. One windy day it rolled into me while I had the hood down and scared the **** out of me.
