A few years ago I built 1500 feet(4500 total feet of pipe) of 2 rail 2" pipe pasture fence like this and I have a few suggestions to speed up the process. -I used some C channel that the pipe fit snug in and built a jig to lay the pipe sections in. -I took a pipe that was just a little larger that the 2" pipe that I made a perfect saddle cut on. Then slid in the 2" pipe and took the plasma to trace the saddle for a perfect fit.-I pre-made H and F sections so all I had to in the field was weld them together. Other good points-Buy an auger-I did not just call my normal metal suppler, I called every one within 80 miles and asked for a Cash price, I found someone hungry and saved a fortune. -How ever long you think it will take, triple it.
