Reply:Killer job ! Looks like wing strut material ..... and .049 is thick aircraft material, most fuselage tubing in .035 4130. Where are you in AZ ? My girl friends folks live in Bullhead City, Az.Not a beginner, not a pro !

Reply:Puuurdeee...Brooks, one of these days folks are gonna get the idea you can weld ...I bet some of the tallent you have in drawing spills over into the area of welding...I have a couple of friends from GA Tech that are amazing with a pencil and paper (design engineers)...they decided to take up welding after I showed them a bit a few years back. They got interested in robot wars and were building one of those things...now they are 10 times better weldors than I am. Again...nice job.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
