last job before xmas

here are a few pics of the last job of the year a B double timber trailer came in around the 2/12 by the time we quoted it(the boss was abit worried because I wrote off the last trailers  I quoted  they were pieces of crap )got the insurance assessor in and then made a start was a week later they were pretty easy jobs we had to re straighten the chassis put new floors in new bolsters (we had to make and fit them )replace airbags shocks and springs as needed rebuild the turntable (5th wheel I think you guys call them )respray them put them back together using mostly new parts we had them read to go on the 22nd the worst bit was waiting for the aluminum poles as they had to come from Germany and landed at work of the 21st so we were able to spend the last day 23rd at work drinking beer  all pretty and new waiting to go home Creative metal Creative metal Facebook
