Is this helemt worth it?

Found this lcoal was wondering worth buying or not?  The welding i will be doing will be most/all thin sheetmetal, rust repair type stuff.  esab eye-tech 10/11  for $25.I purchased the helmet a couple years ago from acklands grainger for $175. I only used it for a part-time welding course at UBC so total time on it is 20-30 hours. The helmet looks brand new, and only has a few spots on the replacable outside window. Im looking for $25 firm due to its condition. Thanks Attached Images
