1/7th rule for acetylene tanks

Would a #7 tip from the Smith Little torch kit break the 1/7th draw rate rule of an MC sized acetylene tank? A Smith Little torch #7 tip would be similar to the Victor #2 or a Smith AW206. Thanks...

Reply:Thanks for the replies and info, much appreciated guys. I picked up a set of tanks today, I went with a 40 acetylene and a 60 oxygen which I think should do the little jobs that pop up in my home shop every now and then just fine.
