Ideas for accessories for receiver hitches?

No I don't have any pics...This was years ago.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:I built a table w/ beach umbrella while sitting on tailgate while surf fishing, also built a game style crank for lifting generators or welders onto truck, all out of 2" sq. tubing
Reply:I saw a receiver mounted (foot) step at Northern Tool that looked interesting.
Reply:The most useful item I have built for a receiver hitch is a tow point.  Two inch tubing with a 3/4" plate for the shackle.  If you have a truck, sooner or later  someone around you will be stuck.
Reply:I built a quasi engine hoist that I used to pull fence posts out of the ground.  Just back the truck up to fence post hook on pump it up and drive it out of the hole.  Beat the hell out using a pick and shovel.Michael
Reply:An anvil could be handy at times.Something else I've seen guys do is build a base for their tube benders to use a receiver.  Like for building roll-cages and such if you don't have a way to mount it to the floor, or just want it portable.I thought about the crane idea, adapting a harbor freight one for use in a receiver.  I think it would work best if it were put off to a side instead of the middle though.

Reply:Skeet thrower mount. Came up with this idea today. Have it stick out far enough so you can sit on the tailgate and have the thrower at waist level in front of you. This will work for those designed to be mounted on a tire. Brace/gusset as needed to make it sturdy.
