Here's a couple of pics of my Thermal arc PS3000 DC inverter with an obsolete ESAB remote pulse pendant mounted to the front.  It took a good deal of time to figure out how to get the two things to "talk" to each other. Also got the used pedal to work.  The switch on the torch works the contactor and gas on/off for stuff where you don't want to use the pedal.I also added a shield gas solenoid, and a post flow timer which I'll get photos of soon. Now to add High Freq.http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...r/DSCN0991.jpghttp://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...r/DSCN0992.jpghttp://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...r/DSCN0993.jpg
Reply:nice, did  you build that cart?DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:Very sweet.  How did you do it?  Were they made to talk or did you need to build some type of interface?
Reply:Got the cart at an auction, it works well but is not suitable for attaching the gas bottle to it.The pulser and welder did not require an interface, it was just a bit of a puzzle to figure which pulser wires were needed, what they went to, what voltage they needed, etc.
