here is a pic of the rads i make i buy the core and mount the tanks also i make the oil cooler
Reply:top rad
Reply:Very nice. Are the radiators replacements ? Or perhaps they are larger; thus providing more heat-x for a possible "worked" engine ?-Graham-Mechanical EngineerAutosport Mechanic/Fabricator
Reply:the rads are mounted now in the front stock they come on the side. now they cool 40% better than stock also the oil cooler is bigger. track purpose only or for rides in the mountains or backroads they have no fan so overheating becomes an issue thanks
Reply:Looks great. Is that an RC51?How are you selling these?Do you have your own website?Any chance of making a provision to mount a fan? It doesn't look like it'd be too hard to put a small pusher fan on it and still fit track bodywork (for those doing trackdays with dedicated trackbikes )
Reply:yes it is and RC I do sell them but the wait is long they take some time too make plus i need to modify the parts off your bike i think with a small enough fan it could work do you have a 51? and sorry I do not have a website. on the track noo fan is needed Ive been too trackdays on 105 degreen days they will be 20-30 degrees cooler than stock the fan would primarily be for streetLast edited by mfurick; 04-18-2007 at 12:18 PM.
Reply:Nice Nice Nice!!...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Very nice stuff. How do you keep the core from leaking with that odd U-shaped cut?John - fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!- bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com
Reply:I do not cut the water channels I cut out the core inbetween them and shrink and stretch a piece of Aluminium to the contour its for wire routing.basically i just smoosh it enough so that water still flows.
