Here's the pic's on that cart I finally got around to finishing. The paint does not match for crap but what the hey, it adds character. Attached Images

Reply:Awesome cart, I especially like the studs on the cart to mount the welder. It looks very heavy duty and should stand up to quite a few years of abuse. John -  fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!-  bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com

Reply:Very nice, the only change I would make, and this is just a personal preference thing, I like a taller cart that lets me store gloves and grinding wheels under the welder.
Reply:Beautiful job !  I especially like the very safe looking, bottle tie down-I followed your build thread and must say the results are very nice. -Graham-Mechanical EngineerAutosport Mechanic/Fabricator

Reply:Thanks for all of the complements, I really appreciate them. I also want to thank all of those who helped me during the build/TIG learning process. Actually I should go back to the first of January, when many of the best people here answered my questions when I was trying to repair the broke welder, the same one that welded its own cart.. I still have a long way to go with TIG (beauty wise) but I tested a couple welds with a floor jack and neither broke, the steel bent all around them.  You guy’s are the best around!Joker11, The O/A cart I built is bright red and my wife told me I should have painted the econotig cart the same. But I like things different, so my vote won. Maxyedor,  I’m not scared of spiders but I had a friend that died 11 years ago from a brown recluse, he got bit on the leg and while in the hospital a blood clot in his leg traveled and caused a pulmonary embolism? And he died. Since then I always keep anything for my feet or hands well away from any shelves or places low.Grahamtheengineer,  Thanks for following the build thread.Dds7819,  I tried… (it’s not that strong, only 16 gauge).Wlbrowm,  It is indeed a 3 prong, 230V 1 phase.Last edited by o.c.d.; 04-28-2007 at 11:01 PM.
