Reply:Actually, the brand itself is made of 1/8" hot rolled plate. The rod is 1/4" round stock, and the ring on the end is prefabbed.Miller Syncrowave 200Hobart Handler 140Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 38E-Z Tube BenderPlasma Cam DHC2
Reply:Where do you buy the prefabbed stuff? I've seen these sold on ebay before. Have you tried that at all?Laura MM 180Chop SawDewalt grinderhelpful husband
Reply:Nice stuff. worth the $s too.Real world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:Thanks for the positive feedback. I get the prefabbed rings at the harware store, they are 57 cents a peice. The rod is just round stock, but I cut the brand plates on my plasma cam. I then rough the whole thing up on a wire wheel. Gives the whole thing a dull shine.Miller Syncrowave 200Hobart Handler 140Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 38E-Z Tube BenderPlasma Cam DHC2

Reply:Ha. Thats the problem these days, everyone takes things too literally. Unfortunately they would probably hassle me for joking around like that, but not do a damn thing to the guy whose actually branding his kids. Thats how they tend to do business these days.Miller Syncrowave 200Hobart Handler 140Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 38E-Z Tube BenderPlasma Cam DHC2
