we had a mig contest today at school between the welding class and the auto body class we used lincon 110s on 20g and this is what i won with i dont think they look that good but it got good pen.6G zirconium 702 GTAW 2" xxheavy6G P.E.D. carbon steel GTAW 2" xxheavy3G titanium Gr. 2 - Gr. 7 GTAW up to 3/4" 3G 316L stainless GTAW up to 1" 3G carbon steel GTAW up to 1" 3G Hastalloy GTAW up to 3/4"1G tantalum GTAW up to .060"
Reply:Nice one... What i will say, in the first picture next to the little cluster of spatter you seem to have slightly adjusted the wire angle causing that little dip, looks like you took a breath.So to sum up, stop breathing and try to keep a uniform angle and you'll be ace Metaltrades.co.uk
