Welding Helmet/Shade Recommendations

Hi all,Anyone have recommendations for a good helmet/shade combo for stick welding? I'm a newbie looking for a good comfortable rig at a relatively low price.Would y'all recommend auto-shade or no? It's been recommended to me that I use an auto-shade so the stick can be seen while striking an arc but then I've heard shade-delay can cause eye irritation after striking multiple arcs.Any advice you experienced guys can offer would be much appreciated!Thanks,Jimmy
